With hurricaines coming from both directions the lunar eclipse drove your host to driving across some serious mountains.


Off to the hills sounded pleasant but the drive was not. I had no idea Maryland had so many mountains. Thunder, fog and fire on the mountain made a 9 hour drive a 13 hour drive. But I'm back. Mostly recovered. And the Not-S0-Horrible-Scopes are too.

I should have known an eclipse was a bad time to travel at night...
