Hillary is intellectually competitive and loves to debate a subject. She has the ability to talk circles around anyone and will fight to the death defending her particular point of view.
This lady is quite intuitive. She is often misunderstood. Her motives are not clearly defined.
Her thirst for power is unquenchable. Hillary has an excellent memory. She does not forget anything, which is why it is difficult for her to forgive. The past is as real to her as the present, all experiences are mentally recorded and resurrected when needed. There are two types of Scorpio, the eagle that soars high in the sky and the scorpion itself whose sting can kill.
The Eagle and the Scorpion
A small portion of the eagle manifests in most human beings. The scorpion is more common and the personality is warlike. If someone has harmed her, whether through emotion, gossip, etc., they will pay dearly. Mrs. Clinton can be hurting on the inside but nobody will know it; she excels at covering emotions. She is determined to achieve all her goals, at all costs.

When she sees a flaw in someone, she will attack like the Scorpion itself finding their weak spots, knowing the correct buttons to push. A misuse of soul qualities. There was no inner identification of the higher self in the past life and no involvement with everyday affairs. She did not sufficiently progress before returning to the earth plane in 1947. Retrograde Uranus indicates she was spiritually inclined in an introspective way and at the expense of self-improvement in the physical world. There is much imbalance in the past life carried into the current present life. She misused power and cared little for the welfare of others.
Hillary maintains a somewhat magnetic personality which produces fierce devotion from her loyal supporters.
Taxes
Carried from a past life is the inability to clearly distinguish taxation in relation to citizens, thus higher taxes are paramount for her to balance out the score, as it were. Thus the soul here is bent on balancing out power and must learn that it will not come through rulership. She still has not learned to pause before she acts because her feelings are overly sensitive thus giving her a short fuse.
Hillary is a hard worker who will see a project to the finish. She will work relentlessly until a particular project/job, etc. is completed.
She relies on women and minority groups to bring her political attention, much the same as the past life. She is plagued by emotional frustrations from the past life. The past always surfaces someway, somehow to haunt her.
