I've decided that, as my birthday present to myself and other Tarus out there we're going to feature romantic dinner recipes! E-mail them to whoever needs the hint.
More from Amas' kitchen:
6 chicken breasts
2 small jars chipped beef
6 bacon slices
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Wrap beef onto chicken with bacon slices. Mix soup & SC and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 till clear juice runs out of chicken when pierced with a fork. Add water as necessary to maintain sauciness.
This is soooooo good
1 egg + 2 tsp. water
1 1/2 c. instant potatoes (I use 4 cheese, but pick a flavor that you like best)
1/2 c. butter (or margerine, I know, that's a lot of butter)
Melt butter. Dip chicken in egg dipped in water, then in potato. Place in melted butter, pouring remaining potato mix over chicken, if any. Bake 30 min. @ 400. Turn, bake 30 more in. Add water if necessary to prevent sticking.
(Both of these are great left-over but you can also use what you don't finish for chicken salad, (see More Cooking by Sun Sign.)
